Vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol) Supplement

Here is a bold statement by Jeff Bowles, "Over 75% of all diseases that plague mankind are a direct result of Vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol deficiency"!


When I first read this statement I was like "here we go again"! But little did I know that that statement would set me free forever! Let me give you a little background about me!


For a long time I had not had a clean slate of health, I had being diagnosed in my teenage with a neurological disorder which was later re-diagnosed by another doctor as a false diagnosis but there were symptoms that I just could not explain why they were there! I even tried psychological treatment but to no avail! I was filled with a lot of nervousness that I just could not explain, alot of anxiety and this was affecting my quality of life and work. I could not even be in public! It was that bad! I could not look straight up! My eyes and vision would seem like it was spinning! My eyes would be rolling out into my head, etc! It was really bad! In addition to that I kept having tremors in my muscles and underneath my eye lids (which I later found out myself from research to be tetany), and I visited alot of doctors complaining about these symptoms but non of them seem to know exactly what was wrong, and I carried this for over 20 years! And then I stumbled on Jeff's book and read about the high dose vitamin D3 supplement therapy and it all made sense instantly! I digested and assimilated all the information in it and that marked the beginning of an over 10,000% improvement in the quality of my life!


I am a researcher and whenever I come across an information I always go in search of credible research papers in reputable journals to back up whatever any one is claiming, and that is what I did when I first heard of the high dose Vitamin D3 supplement (colecalciferol) therapy.


I am not a fan of packing too much information into an article and thereby making it very difficult to read, so I am just going to make this article about how high dose vitamin D3 supplement saved my life brief.


Here is a disclaimer first of all, I experimented on myself and it worked well for me, and there are thousands of similarly positive results from other people, and I am not prescribing this to anyone, people are different and you will need to try out what works for you. That being said lets go straight into it!


There has being a lot of misconceptions about what the recommended daily vitamin d dose should be! The medical society recommended about 600IUs but the Endocrine Society recommended a daily vitamin d dosage of a minimum of 10,000IUs (This is just a maintenance dose of vitamin D3 or Cholecalciferol)! And it is this minimum Endocrine society recommendation that I followed and it changed my life for the better. Please note that according to experiments outlined in Jeff's book, a 30minutes full body exposure to the sun in Finland (A country so far north the sun is not even that intense), generates vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol in the caucasian skin of 20,000IUs, just 30minutes in the sun!


So I started with smaller doses of 2000IUs, then 4000IUs, observing myself and slowly worked my way up to 18000IUs currently and I feel amazing! I feel so healthy it is unbelievable! But remember there are about 4 co-factors or helpers of vitamin D3 supplement that you need in order to prevent vitamin D3 supplement toxicity that alot of people are afraid of, and these co-factors are magnesium, vitamin k2, boron, and Zinc.


I have read a lot of research papers on all these co-factors and as a male adult, I am taking a magnesium dosage of 400mg per day, a zinc dosage of 15mg per day, a boron dosage of 5mg per day (6mg in research papers), and a vitamin k2 dosage of 200mcg (100mcg per 10,000IUs of cholecalciferol). In addition, I am also periodically getting my calcium levels in my body checked to make sure there are no calcium build up.


I wanted to keep this article short so it is easy to read, so I am going to conclude now, but I am going to be writing some followup articles on the in-depth reasons for the co-factors, but let me briefly include here why we take these co-factors of vitamin d3 or cholecalciferol supplement, magnesium helps remove the excess build up of calcium as a result of the high dose vitamin d3 supplement from the soft tissue into the blood stream, while vitamin K2 takes these calcium from the blood stream and deposits them in the bones. Zinc and boron had to be taken on a daily basis in the dosage I am taking because they improve the bio-availability of vitamin d3 supplement or cholecalciferol, otherwise the vitamin d3 would just pass through your body without actually being absorbed.


The results are that my decade long tetany stopped! Anxiety stopped! Lack of motivation stopped! etc. The high dose vitamin D3 supplement has greatly improved my mood and motivation, stopping procrastination, it has improved my sleep tremendously, and my body heals very fast now!
