Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 Supplement) health benefits

You must have heard this, when people say they always feel alot healthier whenever they return from holidays to a very sunny country like Spain and Africa! I know I have definitely heard, "Hey man! You look a lot healthier" from people whenever I return from my holidays to Africa! And I felt a lot healthier as well, and I believe strongly that the only difference and contributing factor to this both physical and internal healthy outcome is a direct result of the Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) that my skin produced when I was exposed to the UV rays from the sun in these sunshine abundant countries!


Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) is actually a steroid hormone (Not really a vitamin) and the only one our body produces on its own when exposed to the sun, and this vitamin D3 hormone controls a minimum of 2700 genes in the human body and many of these genes are involved in the immune system regulation as well as tissue remodelling. Please note I am not precribing any medication here, I am a researcher with many years in scientific research and I am presenting what is working for hundreds of thousands of people with evidences, including myself.


If you are dark skinned like myself your skin does not produce enough vitamin D3 as a caucasian skin does! So we coloured folks need vitamin D3 supplement (Cholecalciferol) more than our caucasian brothers and sisters!


Let this sink in! A caucasian skin full body exposure to the sun in Finland, for 30minutes, produces an equivalent of 20,000IUs of vitamin D3 supplement (Cholecalciferol) in the body! This is just for 30minutes! And if I take us back to the stone age when we were hunter gatherers, we would be generating this amount of vitamins D3 in our skin on a daily basis! This is why (I believe) we have more diseases now than back in those days!


If you have heard of the Coimbra protocol, then you know how Dr. Coimbra invented this protocol and treated and cured alot of seemingly incurable diseases using high doses of Vitamin D3 Supplement (Cholecalciferol)!
