I always say this, that "I would live to a minimum of 150 healthy years!" and I am going to describe to you all (my loyal followers), of the exact steps I am taking to ensure this! I will be adding the references to all my scientific research on longevity and longevity diets including the best diet for longevity, thereby breaking each step down that I am taking to guarantee that I live up to 150 years minimum in good health in this article series on best diet for longevity or simply "Longevity"! I want you all to join me on this journey as we explore this together and grow old together, and please as we go on this longevity journey please share your experiences in the comments section below so we all can benefit, and at 100 years we can all re-convene here in this space to share our stories with the younger generations to benefit from! That is what this article series on longevity and the longevity diet is for! So now let's begin!


I love this famous quote, "Treat your body like a temple!" Treasure it! Take extremely good care of it like a temple, and it will serve you forever! I have never seen a dirty temple in my life! So do not abuse your body! One of the things that destroys the liver more than you realise is "Hard Liquor", strong alcohol! This breaks your liver down and it has to regenerate each time! This is why I do not take alcohol at all! I know we all have to celebrate from time to time with a little bit of alcohol and that is not what I meant, I mean the consistent drinking of alcohol everyday is actually gradually killing you! I treat my body like a temple indeed, and my list of longevity activities and longevity diets is going to show you just how well I take care of myself, and that is why I can boast of extending my own human life expectancy from the average to a minimum of 150 healthy years.


A List of the steps I take to guarantee my long and healthy life! This includes best diets I am taking for longevity!


So here is a list of my daily routine and whenever I discover anything new I will always add to this list, the goal is continuous improvement! And so far, this list has being optimised many times over many years already! I am going to explain each item on this list in their own dedicated article, explaining to you the science behind each decision/choice.


  1. I wake up everyday and the first thing I do is exercise - light cardio combined with light resistance training! This is usually because from the circadian rhythm cortisol peaks at around 8am, and is usually the lowest around 2am, that is why most heart attacks happen around 8am in the mornings and exercise helps reduce cortisol.

  2. I then make my Turmeric tea combo, which contains pure Turmeric powder, ground black peppercorns, 1 table spoon of organic apple cyder vinegar, and 2 table spoons of organic lemon juice. Turmeric is a very powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent and the combination with black pepper increases the bio-availability of the curcumin (the powerful ingredient within turmeric) by 2000%! Meaning your body absorbs 2000% more of this curcumin! The apple cyder vinegar keeps your blood sugar levels low and increases the period you stay in ketosis because you have being fasting from the evening of the previous night up until that morning before you have breakfast! And your brain loves ketones, also your body can easily go into autophagic state when your insulin level is not spiked with a high carb diet. The lemon combined with the apple cyder vinegar cleanses your liver and improves liver function, meaning proper detoxification of harmful poisons in your body and better ketones production.

  3. Periodically I mix himalayan Shilajit resins with my coffee in the morning! This is a powerful anti-aging mineral that contains essential trace minerals the body needs, but you have to be careful to only buy the ones from reputable production facilities where all the heavy metals have being removed.

  4. Then ofcourse comes my coffee! Coffee is another powerful anti-oxidant that the body needs! But this might not be suitable for everyone, I just love coffee! I also take green tea so that might be a bettter option for some people. You might say "what benefits do anti-oxidants have", well they help fight off and eliminate free radicals from your body and remember class, free radicals develop in your body as a result of your normal day to day activities, and is a byproduct of your metabolic activities and your body produces anti-oxidants to combat these free radicals but as you grow older the body's ability to produce anti-oxidants reduces, and that is where your coffee and teas come in! Mind you, free radicals causes oxidative stresses within the body that contributes to chronic diseases in your body like glaucoma, cataract, heart diseases, arthritis, diabetes, etc. So coffee can be life saving!

  5. Now around 8am in the morning, I usually have my ashwagandha tea ready! The choice for ashwagandha tea is because it is a powerful adaptogen that helps you adapt to stresses especially as a result of modern day hustles, and it also reduces cortisol effectively! I love this tea especially around 8am in the morning when cortisol is at its highest!

  6. Next on my daily routine is bone broth! I take 2 average sized glasses of this soup in the morning before stepping out and the reason for this is because my meals are mostly ketogenic meals so they are low carbs, and the fat in my bone broth serve as an energy source without the insulin spike from carbohydrate rich foods which would lead to fat storage, but the main reason I take bone broth every morning is for the collagen richness in it! Collagen is so important if you are having inflammation in your joints, if you have arthritis, and it also does wonders for your skin, it stops sagging and aging skin, hence its anti-aging effects on your skin! You look younger taking bone broth!

  7. Next is my eating pattern, I do a ketogenic diet all day, meaning low carbohydrate diet, I eat 4 eggs in the morning with half an avocado, I then eat my main meal in the afternoon which is usually a low carbohydrate diet, and another 4 eggs with half an avocado in the evenings.

  8. One of the most potent strategy for my longevity journey is "fasting"! And I do this every Friday through Saturday! I start my fast every Friday at 12noon and in 12 hour chunks I fast for 36 hours every week, breaking my fast at 12midnight on Sunday morning! Believe me I have experimented alot on fasting and I can definitely tell you that fasting heals and regenerates your organs! I mean you can literally grow new brain cells, grow back any damaged part of your heart, grow your kidneys and liver, cure cancer, etc, it is unbelievable! but not to worry, I will break it down for you all and share my experience of how I healed myself of an infection by just fasting! And I did it through a process in fasting called "autophagy"! It is amazing! Please watch out for this article because I think you would all benefit from it immensely!

    So I only eat 5 days a week and water fast the rest! Details of this strategy I will share with you in the coming articles!

  9. I go for a 25 to 40minutes walk at least twice a day because I work at a desk all day and I sit a lot, and walking is a very effective way to reduce stress and eliminate cortisol. Prolong stress is really not good for your cardio-vascular health so going for walks is a very good strategy if your aim is longevity.

  10. The last and final step I have being taking so far to guarantee I live a long and healthy life with my target set at a minimum of 150 healthy years is, my daily vitamins regiment! This is such a crucial part of my longevity strategy that I cannot emphasise it enough! I am going to elaborate alot more on this in subsequent articles because it is such an important part of my strategy! And I am bursting to give you guys a hint! Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) is actually the crown jewel in this strategy, I take a daily dose of 20,000IUs! and I have a series dedicated to my vitamins regiment that I strongly advice you take a look at here!
